I was referred to Slattery from a friend who used them for a long distance move. I am glad I chose them too! I recently moved from NY to FL. Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. They made all my stresses disappear. The day of the move the team was on time and efficient. All contents arrived in FL safely and on schedule. What a great experience.

We recently moved from NJ to FL and while moving households is typically a stressful situation, Slattery helped lift a huge weight off!! I received quotes from a few places, but it was after speaking with Chris that I knew Slattery was the way to go. He took a more personalized approach and didn't treat us like we were just another job. We were treated like a family that needed help moving our home and boy did they help!! The professionalism and care of EVERY staff member I had contact with is something they should take pride in. They not only took great care in packing up our home, but were incredibly fun, making jokes with our kids and really softening the whole process. My main point of contact, Chris was incredibly attentive throughout the whole process and Juan(on site lead)/ Rob(our driver) were ACES! From start to finish, Slattery was truly wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!

Slattery just moved us from Pearl River to Raleigh NC. They also took away junk items on our move day. They arrived on time, carefully packed everything in our 8 room house , protected our floors and cleaned up. They were done in 4 hours. They arrived in NC on time and moved us in in 3 hours. Great crew and the team leader was on both ends and drove the truck to NC. We were very pleased with everyone and everything. Highly recommend them!

We recently used Slattery Moving to move my mom and had an excellent experience.They offered a fair price, arrived exactly on time, and a team of four movers loaded several rooms of furniture (including fragile pieces) in about an hour. Absolutely the best !! We have used Slattery once before and were very pleased with their services. This time it was for two moves. 1 local and one out of state. We had a scheduled pick up for furniture that we were giving to a friend and it turns out we needed our local move that day as well with an additional stop to pick up furniture from a family member. Chris and all the staff were so accommodating and on top of everything .The coordination was seamless.. Something we did not plan for was the Snow that was predicted for our out-of-state move which was initially scheduled for after the furniture pick up. We moved the out of state move up by almost a week. I’m still amazed at how well everything went. Juan and his crew were excellent. They made everything stress-free, professional, and easy. The crew was kind, caring and knew what I needed when I clearly did not. Slattery provided teamwork and displayed passion at the same time. I was so overwhelmed and still cannot thank them enough for everything they did while making me laugh and smile at the same time during a very stressful period. I will use them again when The time comes and highly recommend them.

The whole moving experience with Slattery Moving and Storage was outstanding!! From Chris who estimated and booked the move and who answered all of our questions through out the move Chris and Jeannine who also assisted with the move their customer service and professionalism was extraordinary!! Their driver Rob was professional and knowledgeable and was awesome both at the pick up location in New Jersey and the drop off location on North Carolina. He assisted with the loading and unloading and placing off our items at both locations and was always there with answers to our questions or concerns. The moving crews at both locations were professional, neat and very efficient in the movement of our items throughout the move.I would Highly recommend Slattery Moving and Storage for anyone looking to work with a Professional and Courteous Company!!!

If moving is considered one of life’s most stressful events, then Slattery Movers is the antidote.Our family recently sold our home of 21 years and had to embrace a double move. Our new house won’t be ready until mid-April, but we had to be out in early January. With two adult sons, a small dog, and three of us working from home, finding and moving into a temporary “gap home” was no small task, adding to the stress and chaos of an already challenging time. Thankfully, we selected Slattery Moving & Storage.From the very beginning, Slattery impressed us. The virtual estimate process was easy and convenient, their price guarantee gave us peace of mind, their online payment portal was seamless, and the text updates kept us informed every step of the way. For an industry not always known for being tech-forward, Slattery has absolutely nailed the perfect balance of technology and human touch.Our move was extra complicated because we were only bringing some of our belongings to the rental, while the rest needed to go into storage which Slattery provides at their own warehouse for a very fair and competitive price. The logistics alone could have been overwhelming, but they handled it effortlessly.On moving day, we were lucky enough to have Juan as our team lead. From the moment he and his crew arrived, I knew we were in excellent hands. Juan and Luka did a walkthrough, assessed everything, and then got right to work. Watching this team work was honestly impressive efficient, calm, careful, and incredibly skilled. The mountain of boxes and furniture disappeared with surprising speed, and the truck was packed with absolute precision.They anticipated our needs, adapted easily when plans changed, and handled every piece of furniture with care and confidence. The unload was just as smooth and I still can’t believe how creatively and skillfully they managed to get several large pieces up a very narrow staircase. Even more amazing: they somehow remembered what came from each room and helped recreate the layout on the other end.At the end of the day, I actually hugged Juan and thanked him for helping our family through such a stressful transition. That’s how much of a difference this team made.And the service didn’t stop there after the move, we even received a follow-up text from Slattery’s operations team checking in to make sure everything was perfect.I truly cannot say enough good things about Juan and his crew or about Slattery Movers as a company. Fingers crossed we get the same team for part two of our move in April! We had a quick close on our new home, so I reached out to Slattery Moving. A few pictures taken on my phone and I had a quote the next day. When the crew showed up they were friendly and efficient. Wrapped everything thing carefully and when they arrived at our new home they laid mats down to protect our floors and put everything exactly where we needed it. Definite five star experience. I highly recommend.

From Chris setting everything up at the start including estimates, storage and final delivery from New York to South Carolina they were always on top of every aspect of taking great care of us and our belongings. Rob the amazing driver was so very kind and professional ensuring that all of our items arrived on time at the final destination. They ensured all of our items were moved in exactly perfectly even through some rough morning weather, smiling the whole way. I can't say enough about Slattery movers. From the video phone call which was the reason I chose them. By doing this they know exactely what you need to pack and you get your price within a few minutes. The movers, they were amazing. Everything they packed they did with care. They were professional, came on time, and packed and unpacked all my stuff. The manager kept in contack with me and worked hard to deliver my stuff, sooner they they thought. Delivering day was unbelievable. I had 3 truck loads and they unloaded all the trucks the same day. They were careful with my stuff, were professional, and they all got along well. I would highly recommend them. You won't have to worry about anything.
