She assisted me with doing a virtual assessment of what they would be moving. The estimate was very reasonable. I had planned to do the packing myself and Lauren arranged for the packing materials to be delivered. The guys who delivered the materials were really awesome. After many months of trying to find a new place, with no success, my husband and I have decided to postpone our move for at least a year. I contacted Lauren and informed her about the status with our move. She was very understanding and agreed to assist with having the packing materials picked up. I must say, I haven't even used them for our actual move, but I am so impressed with how they treat their clients. Moving day, Rob and crew were right on time, professional and fast. Down in NC, Rob called the day before to confirm arrival and again right on time, unloaded and had everything in place in 3hrs. I would highly recommend these folks if you are planning a move, they came recommended by friends who did a local move in Rockland County.

Juan and his team did an amazing job moving furniture from my mother‘s home into her new apartment. It’s a very steep set of hills to get to her house and they navigated it carefully and were able to back into the driveway. During the move, they handled her treasured items carefully and with respect. Nothing was damaged in the process, and we truly appreciate their efforts to make sure she was happy with the placement of the furniture in her new place. They were courteous and took great care with my belongings. What stood out to me was how they handled my furniture—everything was carefully wrapped in protective padding, and they disassembled larger pieces when necessary to ensure they wouldn’t get damaged during transit. They asked questions to clarify what was moving vs. being hauled away as I also had them remove some items I couldn’t donate.
