They showed up exactly when they said they were going to be there. They were five people, maybe six. They had my entire house unloaded in an hour. They were all courteous and respectful. They helped me with whatever I needed help with and I gave him a nice tip to show my appreciation Not one thing was damaged, scraped pr broken!They gave me a fair price and i’m very happyIf you’re looking for a moving company, this is the RonBy the way, the office staff was fantastic also

We used Slattery for a move recently based on these reviews. From beginning to end, they were great- professional, very communicative and flexible. Their crew were excellent as well- they were very careful with everything and when unloading the truck, were very thorough in placing the boxes and items where we wanted them. With all the stresses of moving, Slattery was the easiest part.

Juan and his team were unbelievable!! They were efficient, caring to our personal items, wrapped everything well after taking items apart- a true pleasure to work with!! We had a 2 part move- apartment temporary and storage. They were so attentive to the time (had to get my kids from school) but they were so amazing they helped to set up and plan out where my kids beds and dressers would go!The small details really stood out as any move prior we were not this well taken care of!!! We cant wait to use Juan and his crew for our final move to a new house

We recently moved from NJ to Florida and hired Slattery. On the day of the move, they arrived exactly on time and within 2 hours had the truck loaded. We requested a delivery date that would coincide with many other factors and they indicated they would do their best but with no promises. They ended up arriving at the exact day and time requested and unloaded quickly and efficiently. The workers on both ends were friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Slattery.

Moving is one of the major stressors out there but using Slattery made it less so. Juan, Javier, Bobby, Jhony, Xavier and Luka were all great. They came on time, worked straight through with a couple of quick refueling breaks and used the right amount of levity to make the move so easy. They were extremely careful and respectful of my items and I felt like I was in great hands. I researched at least 5 other companies and found Slattery to be the best fit for what we needed. We had to move half our house into storage and the other half into our temporary home. They made sure everything got to the correct destination!The initial virtual walk through with Lauren was seamless and she was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to using them again when we officially move into our forever home this summer!

The Slattery moving company was great! Super easy to get a quote, easy to make last minute changes, and perfect service on the day of the move. The moving crew were super friendly and communicative. You can tell they really strive to make sure all of your stuff is treated well to minimize any damage and even avoid getting any furniture dirty! They were super efficient as well, finished my entire move in less than 2 hours. The scheduling team was super easy to work with and helped make last minute changes as needed. Hopefully I don't have to move again soon but if I do I would 100% use Slattery again.

The online estimate process with Lauren went smoothly & the list of items accurate for the flat fee quote. Transparent in every way. On moving day, Angel and his crew arrived promptly. Over the years I have moved approx 4 times. Slattery moving is the best company I have worked with. The men are professional, courteous, and go out of their way for you. They respect the home you're leaving. No nicks or dents to walls.Same respect for the new home.The communication is unbelievable. If they can't answer your call immediately, they get back to you within 2 hours. Even AFTER the move Chris keeps in touch to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We were scheduled for a move on Monday when there was 6 inches of snow expected. Chris was able to reschedule the move to avoid possible complications due to the snow. Besides being very professional , they were personable and kind. I used them the first time I moved 7 years ago. Dear Slattery team,I am sorry that it has taken me so long to write to you. We are still unpacking and tossing!!I would like to thank Chris who worked with me from start to finish. I believe that Chris was my anchor! He helped me to de-stress when I was going a little nuts while packing. Each time I called, he would help me work out whatever needed to be done!!Moving day arrived and the team was at my house bright and early. Rob, the team leader and truck driver, was great throughout the whole process!! The team worked quickly and carefully!! Before I knew it, they were done and it was time to leave my home of 40 years. It was bittersweet. Two days later, true to his word, Rob was at my new home with a new crew to unload the truck. Everything was carefully unloaded, re-assembled and placed in the correct location!! The team was wonderful!. Not one thing was broken!! They were extremely careful with my antique piano, my husband's drum set, as well as many glass pieces that were moved. Everything that the Slattery Team did was perfect!! I commend them!! I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone moving, whether it is a local move or a long-distance one!!

We are moving out of Rockland County and into Westchester County after 27 years and decided to hire Slattery Moving and Storage to transport our furniture and 27 years of stuff to our new home. Phase one (move out) was completed today! The crew of 5 arrived at 7:30 (scheduled between 7-8) right on time. Besides one 10/15 minute break to recharge their batteries, the crew worked non-stop were extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and helpful. The entire Slattery team so far has been a pleasure to work with. Phase two (coming soon)Move In (Phase Two)Chris, everything was absolutely perfect couldn't have been better. Haven't hired this company, but one of their trucks just passed us heading south on I-95 in Georgia speeding about 80mph and almost caused an accident. Be careful who you hire to move your valuables!
