I highly recommend Slattery Moving & Storage. My husband and I moved from Orange County to Wake County, NC. Getting a quote was painless. When the movers arrived they were professional and polite. They pointed out any nick or crack on my furniture before wrapping and placing on their van.The 18 wheeler arrived on time. The driver was professional and very polite. He and the local movers brought in all our items and assembled them quickly.It was a true pleasure dealing with Chris and Slattery Moving. I highly recommend them to anyone making a move. Moving is stressful, but working with Slattery was a joy.

This is the second time I have used Slattery for a move in the past three years. Both times, the Slattery moving team was great! With my recent move this summer, I had to change my moving date several times, and each time the Slattery office team was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. When moving day finally arrived, the moving team was fast, efficient and helped make my move a smooth experience. The moving team handled all of my belongings with the utmost care, and placed everything perfectly in my new home. I highly recommend Slattery Moving. They are the best!

Im not one to leave a review but , these guys did such a spectacular job everyone deserves to know. If you are moving, these are the guys you want helping you!!This was my experience , I had a bunch of anxiety about moving to begin with due to time lines and dates i needed to be out by. Slattery moving was accommodating and flexible the whole time. They checked in every step of the way making sure i got everything i needed. When the Day came, their team was on time and work professionally. I had a lot of heavy stuff going down tight stairs and not a single wall was scratched or piece of furniture ruined. The workers were polite and had a great attitude, they really must like what they do. Needless to say the move went off without a hitch. We had a fantastic experience with Slattery Moving for our recent move. The process started off great with a very detailed virtual walkthrough, and their estimate was very competitive. On moving day, the team arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient. I was so impressed with how careful they were, using mats to protect the floors and wrapping all my furniture meticulously to prevent any damage. They made the whole moving process so much less stressful. Absolutely recommended!

Great experience moving out, but unfortunately we received multiple items broken moving in (TV cracked and couch ripped). We tried going through insurance and were told that damages didn't meet the deductible, meaning we have to pay out of pocket.Edit- I reached out to Slattery and explained what had happened. They apologized for the damages and wanted to do right by me and my family. Even though they weren't liable, they still sent us a check to cover damages and even offered to send another crew incase we needed any additional help unpacking. Would use again

When I called Slattery’s for a quote, I was provided a detailed breakdown of the logistics and cost within 24 hours! Lauren and Jeanine provided stellar customer service before, during and after the move.On moving day, the team of 5, led by Angel, arrived promptly, and immediately set about understanding the requirements for my move. Items from the house were loaded onto the truck; some were destined for the new place, and some were going to storage at a local facility. After a 15 min break, they went to the next stop, where they packed and loaded the contents of the furnished apt, brought in my furniture, and went to the storage unit. The job was completed in 3.5 hours. All day long, in this humid August weather, the crew was good-natured and hardworking. Slattery’s is the business to entrust with a seamless move!

Juan and his crew did an outstanding job with our move. They were professional, hard working, respectful, accommodating, and extremely careful with all of the items in the move. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with every detail of the move and wouldn’t rest until we were fully satisfied. Juan’s talents to disassemble, wrap, transport, and reassemble large and expensive pieces of furniture were hugely impressive. His experience gave us tremendous confidence and made the move a huge success. The administrative staff were extremely impressive as well. We commend the entire team for making a challenging day much less stressful.
